Read before choosing minoxidil
Do not use for sudden, patchy or unexplained hair loss. Follow all Drug Facts restrictions, including age 18+, family history and the labeled pattern of loss. Do not use on an irritated scalp or with other scalp medicines. Ask a doctor before use if you have heart disease. The label warns that use may be harmful during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Stop use and ask a doctor if you develop chest pain, rapid heartbeat, faintness, dizziness, sudden unexplained weight gain, swollen hands or feet, or scalp irritation. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Extremely flammable: avoid fire, flame and smoking during and immediately after application.

Begin after your clinician reviews your hair loss. This is a habit guide, not a deadline for results. Refills may be needed.
Cleanse on wash days.
Use Nourishing Shampoo according to its label and rinse thoroughly. Follow with your usual conditioner.
Use minoxidil as directed.
If appropriate for you: women use half a capful once daily; men use half a capful twice daily. Apply to the scalp, wash hands, and follow the full Drug Facts.
Review supplements first.
If your clinician approves, follow the capsule label. Supplements do not replace adequate nutrition or medical assessment.

How long until I see a difference?
That depends on the cause and the product. There is no promise that this kit reduces GLP-1-related shedding, and the 90-day guide is not a results guarantee. Follow product-specific labeling and your clinician’s advice.
Is the shedding permanent?
Weight-loss-related telogen effluvium is often temporary. Pattern hair loss and other conditions may need a different approach; a dermatologist can distinguish them.
Should I choose the men's or women's kit?
Choose the product labeled for you with your clinician. The kits share the shampoo but contain different minoxidil and supplement products. Directions and supply duration differ.
