Finding your routine
Where should I start?
Start with your main hair concern. The routine finder helps you explore cosmetic hair and scalp care based on your goals, color treatment, and routine preferences. It does not diagnose hair loss or recommend medication.
What is the difference between Revive and mendXtend?
Revive is designed for visibly thinning hair and fuller-looking volume. mendXtend focuses on strengthening fragile strands and caring for breakage-prone hair. The best starting point depends on whether your priority is fullness or breakage.
Can I use BosleyMD on color-treated hair?
Look for products marked Color Safe, including the Revive Color Safe shampoo, conditioner, and 30-day kit. Check the directions and product details for the specific formula you choose.
Is every product a hair regrowth treatment?
No. Cosmetic hair care helps with the appearance and condition of hair. Minoxidil is a separate category of over-the-counter drug treatment with specific indications, directions, and warnings. Read its Drug Facts and ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure whether it is appropriate for you.
Manage your subscriptions
Manage subscriptions to review your subscription and upcoming orders. Sign in to your BosleyMD account, or select Get a login link and use the email address associated with your subscription.
Open the subscription you want to manage to see the available cancellation and editing options. If you cannot access your subscription or find the option you need, email customerservice@bosleymd.com with your subscription email address and the change you are requesting. Do not send payment card details.

How does checkout work?
Choose your products and sizes, then open your bag and select Checkout. Review shipping, taxes, and payment in our secure Shopify checkout. Nothing is purchased until you complete checkout.
What are the shipping and return policies?
Final shipping charges and available shipping offers appear at checkout. For current return terms, visit the return policy linked below.
